The only question is whether the courts overturn the ban in Michigan this year or whether the voters overturn it in 2016.
Considering it was the judge who suggested they challenge the marriage ban as well as the adoption ban, it's pretty obvious he's going to rule in their favor.
Of course the case will be appealed to the conservative 6th circuit, so who knows what they'll do with it.
Either way, the clock is ticking to marriage equality in Michigan.
