These are multiple choice exams. Students that study well typically will either know the answer or they won't. The ones they're unsure about they'll use instinct & deductive reasoning. They'll finish relatively fast.

Students that didn't prepare very well will of course struggle. They use instinct & logical deduction too, but in the end they're forced to do a lot of guesswork. They usually take all the time available.

These problems are the same old problems we chose to face, or not. These problems are the same old problems our parents and granparents chose to face, or not.
No, the problem is NOT in our students.

The common denominator for all students is that the bar of expectations has been quietly but very systematically lowered by each respective state. In order to attempt to mask the gawd-awful sludgepit that IS the (overall) state of America's public schools, dominating liberal leadership consistantly works to pacify, satiate and mislead We The Sheeple by adorning school buildings virtually everywhere with senseless "EXCELLENT" banners.

If the contract is now null and void, we can finally get some teachers in here that can and want to teach.$35K a yr for part time work isn't bad to start. With their bennies they should have no reason to complain. The ones really milking the gravy train should be glad they still have a job. Raises are for incentivizing the behavior and results you want while disincentivizing those non productive members of the group. If you give everyone the same raise you did nothing to improve the quality of your employees. The rest of the post is liberal progressive blather that punts to nothing in the end.

Inquiring minds are now asking if the latest red ribbon "support our teachers" campaign is not symbolism over substance. Are there any among our parents and community members who do not support our teachers?
We can all rally the red in support of our teacher’s rights to negotiate themselves A Fair Day's Pay For A Fair Day's Work;
But, can we all support the “status quo business as usual” old, outdated teachers union rights to walk out on our children's classroom education?
Why not add a white ribbon in support of our students' rights to receive a quality education, while keeping the costs of that education affordable for Springboro parents and taxpaying homeowners?
Red and white ribbons showing strong support for our teachers and children are made strongest by adding a blue ribbon of support for our school board representatives, school district administrative staff, and school district taxpayers? Can our community as a whole support our teachers and staff separate from support of our school district taxpayers and their elected officials?
Why not rally for the unity of red, white, and blue supporting substance over symbolism? Let's all rally in support of ALL working together to ensure that the children of the Springboro community receive an excellent education while keeping the costs of that education affordable, by carefully adhering to responsible spending!

I would love to see a typical public school teacher receive a fair day's pay for a fair day's work without greedily envying what others have and constantly complaining "that's not fair!"

I think we already chose a leadership team via this thing called an election. Typical union BS, if you don't like the results claim they are unfair. Whine loudly and often like the self absorbed toddler siting in their own dung That's a union on exhibition. The board does control the resources of the taxpayers, they are the duly elected stewards. If anyone has sold out it is those teachers who do their job more effectively than those who just show up for a paycheck.
Those balls and chains keep the goods dragged down by siphoning money away from the good teachers we want to keep.

Local school and city/township government leaders who just loathe responsible spending, and just love tax and spend, are an INSULT to local taxpayers who are being bullied by big national/state and local labor unions. The OEA members are some of the worst people we will ever have to deal with as to radical social behavior; because to the OEA radicals they are at war with the taxpayers.
They have the destruction of America in their minds and they are terrible people because their ideology makes them corrosive. They openly use children to execute their maniacal plans for social progressive changes at the expense of society, and this defines their essence. Wars are won by taking away from the other side the will to continue fighting. The OEA attacks them directly hoping to rob them of their will to stand opposed to the union’s progressive agenda. Since 2009, one Springboro parent, Kelly Kohls, has worked tirelessly to educate all Springboro parents and taxpaying homeowners/voters in our school district that It doesn't take more money to ensure a quality education for our school children; it takes more accountability.

As for me and my household of voters, we will continuing trusting the leadership of our Springboro BOE representatives, under the leadership of Springboro Parent/Board President Kelly Kohls.
We will continue going about our way throughout our neighborhoods, educating others of this harmful "Open Springboro hostility" caused by this OEA war of words, which is dividing the school union employees against school district Taxpayers.

The people voted with their wallets and now WalMart is an unqualified success. People vote for their choices everyday, most employees opt out of unions as soon as they have the chance. 93% of employees in the private sector are not in a union. If unions were all they were cracked up to be union membership would not have fallen from 39% to 7% in two generations.
