This is not the governments or the taxpayers problem. This is the fault of poor decisions made by the parents. If you can't feed them don't breed them. It would seem that some kind of Chinese population control method is in order to solve this problem.

The weak-kneed lefties will demand that the already overtaxed white middleclass pay to remedy this problem.
What they can't see is that in the long-term subsidising useless people to breed creates further generations of useless parents, who in turn will need subsidising to breed unwanted children, and where will it end?

The government is the problem, they are paying poor uneducated unemployable dimwits to breed, and housing them at taxpayers expense.

Check out the movie 'Idiocracy' thats where we are heading.
