do not judge anyone or anyone race. California is diverse with a cultures/races all around that make California a better place. Just because you have a "lifeless" life and have nothing better to do that to try to make yourself feel that you are better than anyone else. Your not... First look to see what is happening in your own backyard before you start judge other people!

Monday I came home to a broken window in the back of the house, and my dogs were out front. Attempted burglary, talked to the neighbors and they saw 4 teens walking down the street but didnt see anything.. One of the neighbors say that theyve seen 3/4 teens jump around the fences around our neighborhood in downey, but didnt know if they were friends or family.. hmmmm i wonder if its these kids that have been around here.. but i bet every city has their share of teenage criminals..

I don't care what anybody says, this type of behavior starts at home. As a teenager my parents always wanted to know everything. At the time I hated it, but it made me stay out of trouble and I am grateful for it.

Get used to this type of activity as the economy gets worse and people have no jobs they look for trouble.
And it does start at home with absent [emotionally as well as physically] parents.
How do we fix it? Mandatory HS educations and vocational school or college. NO CHOICE!
Now who has the political will to make this happen?

First look to see what is happening in your own backyard before you start judge other people! I live in a wonderful area and I have "looked around my own backyard" as you have said. And if it weren't for all the black people coming in from your neck of the woods and committing crimes in our neighborhood, it would be REALLY safe to live here. Having more black people in my neighborhood does not "make California a better place".

Colleges are being cut back in school hours, I am lucky this summer I will have my classed in Long Beach City College, but they say next year no summer school, and here you say school for thugs a must, wake up to the real world.
