When taxes and fees go up charity goes down. Good people and church's use to help the hungry but it's hard to do when the government has their hands in both pockets. It's a fact that the most giving people on earth are the ones that you would find at a tea party rally. The ones that have been demonized by the media and Obama. Sad, but then it's always been that way for real Americans
