This couple is a perfect illustration of the fact that "gay marriage" is less about civil rights and more about the approval of homosexuality itself by calling homosexual unions "marriage." It's also about article #11 of the gay agenda: "Demand legalized same-sex marriage, thereby wrecking the traditional institution of marriage." Read more at (free advertisement for your blog deleted)
Your post is a perfect illustration that the opposition to so called "gay marriage" isn't based on rational thought but by an irrational bigotry and paranoia. People like you make me think the BLAG is right, heterosexuality does make you folk dense and easily confused.

May God forgive you.

Well that explains a lot.

Ironic that you would call yourself "Truth" and all you leave is this link.

(1) Gagnon's foreign examples of prosecution for "hate speech" are scary, but what he fails to tell you that such scenarios are impossible under our 1st Amendment guarantees. As for his "Repent America" example, here's the rest of the story: http://www.snopes.com/politics/religion/inpub...

(2) As for his lose your job examples, I was unable to find any independent confirmation that the Coffey-Montes case ever took place, no news reports, no lawsuits, nothing. If you can find something to confirm it, I'd be happy to see. Buonanno, scored just over 146k for his troubles: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2004/apr/... And Peterson lost both at trial and on appeal, those scriptures he had up, he picked the ones calling for death and had them up in a way that would clearly be visible to others. http://articles.latimes.com/2004/jan/08/local...

(3) "In California businesses that don't offer benefits to homosexual couples are denied state contracts, irrespective of the business owner's religious beliefs. Moreover, perceived workplace discrimination against "transgendered" persons (both transsexuals and transvestites) makes businesses liable to a $150,000 fine."

In California, said businesses also cannot discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of: Race, Color, National origin, Religion, Sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions), Disability: Physical or mental, Age (40 and older), Genetic information, Marital status, AIDS/HIV, Medical condition, and/or Political activities or affiliations, IRRESPECTIVE of their religious and/or other deeply held beliefs to the contrary. A legal right to discriminate against anyone your (fill in the blank) soul desires if you can claim "God's" blessing for it. And they talk about US demanding special rights? The government should give a flying f*ck that somebody's "God" okays their choice of bigotries why exactly? Especially when those demanding this right are going to be the ones screaming bloody murder when their do unto others is done unto them.
(4) Dr Cheryl Clark, the rest of the story: http://www.lifesitenews.com/news/archive/ldn/... In California, potential foster parents would be excluded if they express "disapproval" of any of the other folk on the above list, again, irrespective of religious and or other deeply held beliefs to the contrary.
(5) Have the school systems teach your children that you are a hateful bigot. Why not? You've been teaching them that since the day they were born, adopted, bought from some desperate high school cheerleader or whatever. The schools exist for all students and their families and the hateful bigotry only gets in the way. It's all right in the home and your place of worship, but we are talking the PUBLIC square. You folk need to learn to share.

(6) Other consequences:
* Assumes an unproven ever present and undeniable superiority of opposite married couples to married couples of the same sex in EVERY instance. It's what is in the CHILD'S best interest, not the interests of Christian teachings. If a private agency is acting as an agent of the state, they must abide by state rules, irrespective of the religious beliefs etc.
* The same holds true of ANY group which discriminates on the basis of the various suspect classifications to be found on college campuses and under local, state and federal laws around the country. Just because somebody says that God blesses their actions doesn't mean that everybody else has to give deference to the behavior.
* This one he seems to have made up out of whole cloth. He doesn't provide any examples of where this has actually happened and I can't recall any.
* Sexual orientation is not currently a suspect classification under federal law or federal common law, although the way good Christians are pushing for their right to be right bastards to the gay folk here on Earth because God don't want them in your heaven, you could very well make that happen.

Associate Professor Gagnon, the bottom line is actually this: Your problems and those you claim are God's problems with homosexuality are nobody's problems but your own. You can feel in your ugly little heart that God really, really wants you to be a right bastard to the gay folk because you say he doesn't approve, but we are a part of this country too and have an equal right to it. I could face each and every one of the supposed consequences of your article if I were to discriminate against you because of your CHOICE of religious beliefs, IRRESPECTIVE of the fact that I find your choices to be morally offensive to the point of damnable. Think about it.

How do you know they are well adjusted? A child doesn't need to adjust.

They are either very soft, because they have had no dad, or they are very aggressive, bitter, or a sucker because they had no mother.

Leave me out of this. Bigots have to find their own forgiveness. You wanted free will, and I let you have it. I did the heavy lifting. Now you humans are on your own.

Cheers,

Damaged goods can result from all familial circumstances, as you so clearly demonstrate.

your post is a perfect example of how your agenda works!

what substantive points did you raise?

all you have is elementary insults and announcements of your own inferiority complex...

this "all opposition is bigotry" just makes you look silly...
I know, I know I am a bigot for calling you out on your childish tack...

What a snappy response, Fido.
I know you're not a child. It takes awhile to become a narrow-minded bigot.
