To prevent injury, it is important for your child to warm up before exercising. This should include about five to ten minutes of light activity, such as walking, calisthenics (jumping jacks, bending, knee lifts), and stretching.

Beachbody has some of the most popular and effective fitness programs out there because they absolutely work. However, they aren't the easiest workouts and requires a decent fitness level and some serious dedication. I like that they are now focusing on the childhood obesity problem and hopefully these programs are fun for kids so they want to continue stay active.
