Giles had several warrants out for his arrest on charges that included possession of marijuana, criminal damaging and truancy after he failed to appear for hearings in Franklin County Juvenile Court.

He was to be on electronic monitoring from March 19 to April 24 after two assault charges were filed against him, but he violated house arrest several times, according to court documents. A warrant was issued in that case as well.

He was found delinquent after punching his mom in November 2010, when he was 14..."
