An 11-Year-Old Is Suing the Jehovah's Witnesses

In 2006, Australia instituted mandatory background checks for those who work with children to ensure they're not baby touchers or prone to cooking little kids in cauldrons.

This is an example of the ignorance one must possess to believe the lies taught by the evil and wicked cult of jehovah's witnesses.

Go to KH and learn who are those elders, children, old mamas, granfathers, and past thiefs and adulters- as JW they are almost holy?
It made sense to me, it's not anybody's fault if you can't read or write or interprate English except for yourself.
JW are a cult with dangerous and secretive beliefs, including preferring their children to die rather than have a safe blood transfusion. CRAZY NUTJOBS! JW's knock on people's doors trying to convert people, but ask a stranger to leave church grounds if that person is NOT INVITED! HYPOCRTICAL CRAZIES!
JW's believe SMURF's are evil because a JW member said she saw one 'talk'. DELUSIONAL HALFWITS!
JW's cut family off if they aren't a JW! DANGEROUS NUT CULTISTS!

I realise this is pointless talking to you, because after reading your posts and responses, you have poor comprehension skills and are brainwashed. End of conversation.

jw elder with the help of the jw legal team via the mandatory phone call to headquarters;

sorry kid, you don't have two witnesses, so shut up about it all, or get disfellowshipped.
......and.... on top of that, you are slandering a well known brother.
......and..... on top of that, you are bringing reproach on jehovah's organization........ so shut up.

later, when the victim finally goes to the police.

jw elder...... errrr, this is the first we have heard about it..... we abhor child molesters.
we have an excellent protection policy in place.
..... here is an article on it.

But the Jehovah's Witnesses will accept an eleven year old's "decision" to be baptized to the gods of the Watchtower.

Yup, just as when an eleven year old Jehovah's witness child is baptized to the gods of the Watchtower, or when an eleven year old has knowledge of about sexual acts way beyond what is appropriate for their age.
There is always a Jehovah's Witness adult "involved"

FYI... Concerning You, Prime was very helpfull. Prime wrote to me saying "Don't you get it yet? She's (hMMMMMM) is a f'n pervert pedophile. That's all she talks about is sex and kids. Damn! I'm Catholic and like good sex but don't talk about sex and kids in the same sentence ...."

I was hanging around to see if Prime was correct. He got a f'n slam dunk. He nailed it. Prime's got talent. Hey Prime, Respect.

In some ways I feel a bit sorry for the elders. They do not have any education on counseling or any education on legal matters, etc. So on one hand the current law from the watchtower is to not intercede when it comes to a alleged victim reporting a crime to the local authorities, yet on the other hand they must keep their congregation in strict conformity in the #1 law of the watchtower and that is to make sure no shame come upon the watchtower, which does include one of it's members being accused of committing a heinous act.

I can agree with what you said....considering too, also knowing the loving and sincere elders that truly want to be of service to the flock entrusted to them....but are in constant subjection....not to the scriptures....but to whatever the "latest ideas" that the GB has conjured up and presented as "what God (now) happens to require of mankind".

A further problem is that whatever the WT writers print and teach....and have their reps teach to their followers and to uphold 100%...should carry a disclaimer on the publications that whatever they print....is ALWAYS "subject to change" at the stroke of a pen in the WT boardroom.

ALL those who cling to and follow the latest musings and guesses coming from the minds of the GB....are ALSO required to readily accept any and all changes (and often flip-flops that revert back to a former teaching that was seen as wrong and ultimately dropped as "a WT belief") so that "the truth" becomes more and more obscured as the years pass by.

Scripture puts it so clearly...."Then we will no longer be like children, forever changing our minds about what we believe because someone has told us something different or because someone has cleverly lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth."...Ephesians 4:14 NLT

So enters an adult. An 11 yr old, is not going to know this information. Some adult has to get involved, just as I said.

Why do you marvel at this when every JW at assemblies applaud when a child of 11 or 12 gets baptized. If a child of 11 or 12 cannot legitimately sign legal documents, get married or vote but JW children are encouraged to take the step of dedication and baptism. The WTS itself says that the steps of dedication and baptism are the most important decisions of your life and yet children are encouraged to take that step. Please then, do not marvel that an 11 year sees the wrong in pedophilia and takes legal action with the help of an adult . You can't have it both ways

That's a rarity. Not many that young are Baptized. Frankly, in my own opinion, I favor waiting until one is old enough to really understand what Baptism really mean. That is how my late Father viewed it. I'm glad he did. I was around 21 or 22yrs before I was. So no, I don't applaud such things, but it isn't my business anyway. However, there are some other issues that a young person cannot make for their selves, and requires an adult involved. I am of the opinion that sexual deviation matters belong in the Judicial system.

Children of the Jehovah's Witness cult have zero choices.
If they are denied a life saving blood transfusion, it is their parents who are murdering their own child to appease the Watchtower gods.
But hey, they may get their faces splashed on a magazine, increase sales, and the parents will get a little JW celebrity.
