1. Relax your body and minds.Leave all your worries and anxieties aside. Have faith that God and other people can help you solve your problems . We all have problems .Write them down and formulate effective strategies that can be used to resolve the problems . there is always a way out . be positive . dont loose hope. Avoid panicky situations or any body that stress you out. Limit coffee to only one cup a day in the mornings . Limit alcohol to only one glass of beer or Guiness a day. Eat dinner before 20.00 pm nothing too spicy Avoid smoking and illicit drugs . Make love and relaxing exercises that can help you to unwind. Communicate and do not keep malice . Have fresh air ,plenty of water and green vegetables and fruits. Be at peace with all human beings.Live within your means .Know your limits and dont follow other peoples standard. Keep your mind and body gainfully engaged without overdoing it. Dont get involved in dirty .shady deals. Love your family and be open to them . If all these fail consult your doctor for further advise ,Check your blood pressure, blood test and MOT .Good luck

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking and large meals in the evening. We can try various yoga’s like deep breathing, meditation and stretching before bedtime to promote sleep.
