The cost of this program should be deducted from the parents welfare disbursement. The welfare program is after all meant to provide food for the children.

ď 48.5 percent of Solano County students were eligible for free or reduced-price lunches in 2012.Ē

Thatís probably about the percentage that are obese.

So what happens to the food the parents get free with stamps? Donít the parents make lunches for their children to take to school, and donít they feed them breakfast at home?

Free skoo lunches do not affect other social service entitlements.

It's simple...
These career welfare recipients don't get out of bed until at least 11:00, so they are unable to make their "future welfare recipients" breakfast or lunch.

Emjoe is like a bad case of hemorrhoids. It just keeps coming back.

Too bad he can't be like Maximus Vacavillius and just go away and not come back.

MV retired years ago to Tuvalu.

Emjoe is sadly a closet racist. He says on Topix what he would never say to anyone face to face; a real coward.

Oh really. Well take it up with "jer" and see what happens. You're a liar. MV lives in Tuvalu and if you were referring to me in your love fantasy, you're mistaken, I was in Birmingham, Alabama at a convention all of last week.

Unfortunately for Maximus Vacavillius, the atoll of Tuvalu is now under water due to climate change and the melting of the polar ice caps and glaciers.

Rumor has it that Maximus Vacavillius is now forcing Trophy Wife and Kidlet units to sell popcorn on the streets of Historic Downtown Vacaville. There is also a prostitution issue that is being addressed by the District Attorney. However, in times such as these, however a person chooses to raise funding should be his/her own business.

I wasn't soliciting any personal services at the Farmer's Market, don't believe it!

Tuvalu is doing just fine according to the WSJ. They sold their .tv URL suffix and get a royalty every time it is used; paid per click. The Governor's Mansion has just upgraded their concubine compound, you should pay a visit and learn.

MV is just one of many alter-egos (read, sexual fantasies) used by a bald dumpy insurance agent in Solano County.
