Why would the County Dept. of Public Works not be removing downed trees? Why is this the firefighers' job? Isn't this part of clearing slides and opening the roads?

All of the closed roads are either in Mark Stone's supervisorial district, or in Neal Coonerty's. Why?

The County mapped the primary recharge areas of the Purisima aquifer in the 1970's.

It's in the hills just outside Soquel Creek Water District boundaries...which Souqel Creek Water uses for an excuse to NOT come up with a rain harvesting plan.

Instead of going to the owners of parcels where the tributaries are small and paying those owners (ACTUAL) money to use a tiny portion of their land to capture stormwater that is eroding DDT laced soil into the Bay, OUR water leaders think nothing of allowing 85% of our rain to disapper each year.

THEY say spend $120 Million to build desal; keep polluting the Bay!

Give the bucks to some giant corporation (not local land owners in the hills, never!!!) and the SEIU for the jobs to run the 30 year life span desal plant.

You'll just finish paying off the 30 year bond and you'll have a worn out plant to replace!

BTW, BRUCE DANIELS SAID $120 MILLION TO BUILD DESAL IN THE 4-15-08 MINUTES; THAT WAS REVISED TO $100 MILLION IN THE PRINTED ONLINE MINUTES.

LAST SUMMER THE SOQUEL CREEK LEADERS UNAMIMOUSLY AGREED TO ERASE 66 CASSETTE TAPES OF THEIR MEETINGS SO ALL THE PUBLIC HAS NOW ARE THEIR REDACTED, EDITED, PRINTED SUMMARY TYPE ONLINE MINUTES.

WASN'T THAT SPECIAL...THEY ACT SOOOOOO DIRTY WHILE CLAIMING TO BE SCIENTISTS; JUST LIKE CLIMATEGATE!

WHOO HOO!! I HAVE A COPY OF scientist Bruce SAYING $120 MILLION...wonder why they erased ALL those cassettes???

Could it be something is rotten in Denmark???
