Russian athletes stymied on quake-stricken Indonesian island
Eight Russian kite surfers are stranded on an earthquake-stricken island in Indonesia, their insurer failing to organize their evacuation though the athletes have paid for it, Russia's Yachting Federation said.

Totally typical response from an insurance company, take the premiums and then find some technicality to wriggle out of their responsibilities!
