Whether or not this gets approved I don't know nor do I care, but what really stands out in this story is what a bunch of rotten yahoos these old-time locals are. The three parties mentioned not letting someone access her land? Lawsuits against relatives that cost more than land is worth, yada yada. Fun reading.
