City Council bans commercial activity at Kailua Beach
The bill is in response to Kailua residents who have argued that a once tranquil recreational area has been overrun by commercial enterprises that bring kayakers, kite boarders and others.

What Kailua residents are forgetting is the harsh affect this will have on their currently prosperous economy, they should be thankful that in such economically difficult times that their city is doing so well. See our latest blog post on the matter:
