What is California Doing About 'Fracking'?

Have you ever wondered what California is doing about fracking--and what is it anyway?? Did you see the Matt Damon movie, "The Promised Land"? Fracking is a method of squeezing oil out of the ground which has polluted drinking water, causing farm animals and people to sicken, sometimes dying.
