Video on Youtube about SbS marked "7 October". Or 8?
But it's the same decor as the Q&A session.
There is still very little hope, he could answer the questions answered after 7 october via Company Films, for example.

Well I had my question AFTER they closed the poll..doh!!

It was; As an Actor would you say you prefer Film over Digital? And as a Director Digital over Film? The reason I ask is because he seemed so taken with the 'reality' of film, hearing the tick of the tape, knowing it has to happen NOW, not knowing what came out and the anticipation of knowing. And then being in the Director's Chair, seeing how giving and flexible Digital is to the more rugged way of Film. I NEVER knew they only had 9 minutes per reel of filming, nor the fact of 'Dailies' and just how blind the Director is to His creation, due to the process of Film. Now when I catch a 'forpaw'...you know, pencil in hand, then gone, then back..NOW I understand why it is left in..the cost to reshoot..forget about it!

Anywhoo...Happy Day to ALL!

'47 Ronin' Stuntman Talks Realistic Action, Reshoots, and Eight-Foot Tall Samurai — EXCLUSIVEShare
By Matt Patches , Hollywood.com Staff | Thursday, October 18, 2012

Many have been quick to judge Keanu Reeves' 3D samurai epic 47 Ronin, following the blockbuster's release date shuffle from Nov. 2012 to Feb. 2013, and then again to Dec. 2013. Rumors the film was in trouble were only made foggier by announced reshoots that took place earlier this year. But so far, zero footage from the feature debut from commercial director Carl Rinsch has been released, providing little insight into the look and feel of the finished product.

A year out from 47 Ronin's release means we may not see trailer for a some time, but stunt coordinator Gary Powell tells Hollywood.com that Rinsch's continued work on the film is all happening to strengthen the story and tone. "It was a quick couple of weeks reshoot, story points and all that," says Powell. "It will make the film better. I have not seen it, but all the visual effects people [say] there are a hell of a lot of visual effects. But it looks really nice."

Powell, whose recent credits as a stunt coordinator include The Bourne Ultimatum, Unstoppable, and the upcoming Bond film Skyfall, was also able to shed light on what to expect on the action side of the film. "[There is] a lot of fighting. We have a pretty good horse chase at the start of it, with this mystical creature. Keanu did a lot of action on that."

Powell describes 47 Ronin as a tough tonal balancing act between realism and a fantastical edge that lends itself to a big blockbuster. He notes that the reshoots were brought on to help solidify the two sides of the story, but that Rinsch was dedicated to reality from the very beginning. "The fights are more believable than, say, the ones that are around a lot these days," says Powell. "Where you slice someone in the face and spin around six times before you hit the floor. Carl can't stand that stuff, basically."

But 47 Ronin doesn't skimp on the imaginative either. Powell notes that he and Rinsch threw "a few sweeteners in there for the kids," when it came to the action sequences. The story of the 47 samurai who embark on a journey to avenge their master takes a few nods from Japanese anime. "It definitely has that tone to it. There is a huge eight-foot samurai in it, and that sort of thing. We play with the fantasy side of it quite a bit, but we want to keep it believable."

What? Fantasy AND believable?

That's the whole problem...is it suppose to appeal to children and adults? I love some films like Harry Potter's first films and Shreck but Ronin? I was hoping for an adult story...it's like Devil's Advocate...I didn't think the special effects fit with the great story? Am I wrong about that?

I'm perfectly happy to conceed the point.

I've heared comparing with Lord of the rings ( however, didn't seen it). What do you think about fantasy as a clothes for recognizeble eternal story about lova and hate? Isn't it , where all movies go about?
The question is - how good the story told.It has great potential, big expectations. Not evident to fulfill.

Yelena, thank you for your msg. Those New Yorkers you may know via Topix are safe and sound, not to worry.

Downtown is flooding badly, complete disaster there, East side highway flooding, subways, tunnels, airports... Infrastructure down, whole Downtown without electricity. But this is still 'OK' compared to Brooklyn, New Jersey, Connecticut.... where thousands of families are without home and shelter.

Uptown Westside Manhattan, we are fine, we have electricity, good food, good wine and good company, a small 'emergency evacuation' get-together actually. Free Breeze's daughter was playing piano in the evening, keeping the good feelings up. We never had the feeling of any disaster here. FBreeze lives in a good solid building. And it feels like the storm is slowing down already, 11 PM NYC time.

But I think we were very lucky. Others did not have it so lucky. We will send our blessings and support for those who did not. There are tens of thousands of families without home and shelter. People who lost everything. Even their lives.

Thank you again for your concern.

Dear Thomas and all another New Yorkers and East-coasters that I know and don't know! I'm obviousely not only cheeky , but also selfish monkey. My only excuse could be, that I mostly hear news on my car-radio - and I didn't drive much last days. But, when I was scrolling down through Topix on my phone, news-headlines jumped into my eyes - harricane could be bad for Obama's rating and Jimmy Kimmel canceled his show in Brooklyn because the harricane. And I found it only funny.
I thought about you Sunday evening, while getting to my play list on Spotify old classic of Sinatra - "New York, New York" and the new one of Alicia Keys - "Empire State of Mind" and tried to bring over to my daughter's mind the feeling of this wonderfull city.
How it could be with Domenica? She didn't post here for a long time, but I suppose, she read from time to time.
I'm really sorry and I hope with my whole heart, everything is all right , less or more, with all of you.

I didn't figure that story from Datalounge is still here...it's been deleted from Datalounge. I believe it was an honest and true account of someones affair with Keanu.

When Toby wrote her account of her affair with Keanu, she never once mentioned fcking him...I bought her book and read it and she said it was fiction but described Keanu as her lover, even though she said nothing about fcking him and said that she always justed waited for him to call or be in town...she could never depend on him, he depended on her...kind of the same as Gus described HIS own affair with Keanu, in his book.
