I agree about not asking the government what is or is not legal, because half of them don't know. I think it may be more than half actually.

I disagree that the reporter/interviewer should not be charged with the crime. Although it is a silly law, it is the law. The liberal mainstream media should get a taste of their own idiocy.

The double standard needs to end!

Fking D.C. pigs! Why didn't they surround the NBC studio with their SWAT team and arrest the dangerous criminal? Was it because this thug was a communist?

Maybe this reporter needs to live the results of the insane patchwork of gun laws in this country, and pay his own legal fees. He needs to know what it is like to think things are OK but some stupid local law nails him.

I wonder how his report would be spun?

Absolutely! I know the NRA had to say they didn't think he should not be prosecuted. That's trying to make their overall point that these laws are ridiculous. But to me, letting this liberal propaganda dispenser have to deal with the very laws he pushes and supports would be a much better educational tool.

Exactly, the pigs don't have to worry about the law, they are better than all the other animals on the farm.
