Review: Humbug!Director confuses Scrooge with Stooge

After round two in Jim Carrey vs. Holiday Classics, it's Carrey 2, Classics 0. 'A Christmas Carol' is not the vile desecration Carrey's 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' was - there are no jokes about mate swapping here - but, like 'Grinch,' it fails to capture what made its source material an enduring classic.

I just returned from seeing the movie wth my family. Visually one of the most stunning versions I can recall. Well worth the time to see it, an excellent adaptation of the classic. It makes one wonder why it was released so early thou?
