In the meantime, L.A. city is going under and they want to go play actor. Oh, that's right, they do well at that already.

Council President Eric Garcetti made a Motion to Eliminate the City's Environmental Affairs Department on February 9th, which was adopted by the City Council!

This only saved the City's General Fund a VERY small amount of $, while putting at risk the MANY MILLIONS of $$$ of Grants that the Department's Staff generates for the City EACH YEAR!!

Eric Garcetti is a pro-Developer, "fake Green" politician!

Don't believe the Hype!!!

This guys a douch!!! Do I need to say more?
Ok I will, Instead of trying to figure a way out of the worst deficit ever to face the city of Los Angeles, this guys playing "Actor" for a daytime soap. He's a good talker, ill give him that. Unfortunately, it only stops at words. This guy is cutting jobs from my kids afterschool daycare and its affecting me and my job. If he does lay off these 1000 city workers, a lot of us single parents are going to be screwed. I'm Latino and feel this guy should be impeached from his job and our race. Its not like Obama, where he took office during a recession. VillaDouch created this mess. Stay in your office and figure this out. I dont want to see you in a damn parade or opening of a new store. Get to work!!

I was like digging your comments until you got to the Washington part, how is the White House running business any different than the State of Ca. and L.A. The lavish, wasteful trips at taxpayer expense, the endless photo ops, vacations of extravagance; In fact many articles recently have compared the way Washington is being run as parallel to California. I'll check back on your postings later-when you see how your family really becomes affected not only at a state level but a federal level. I do agree that our elected officials are clueless and addicted to spending, glad I didn't vote for them.

If there was ever a great actor its Antonio...although he's doing a really bad job acting like a Mayor for the last 6 years. Maybe the soaps are looking for a washed up politician tha publicly speaks like a 3rd grader.

Of course these clowns are remitting that part of their bloated salaries paid during their TV frolics? Right.

These guys are a disgrace. LA is becoming an international joke because of bozo moves like this.

That explains it why the City continues to be in a sh1th0le because greasy Tony V is more focused on TV face time than tackling on the real issues nagging the City. I hope he gets a lot of criticism from other public officials.

He can save his remaining dignity (if there is any left yet) by resigning his post as a Mayor. Everywhere he goes, he gets booed, like in the Ringo Starr Walk of Fame commemoration, etc.

I've been a Democrat for 22 years. This next election I will vote Republican for the first time ever! Not that they are any better, but appearing on a soap??!!! I am truly hurt and outraged.
