For once we agree, Old Jim. However, never have the name of a person you're in a relationship with tattooed on your body. When it's over, you're stuck with it and have to go the route of the woman in the article. Waste of time and money.

I think the whole tattoo thing is ridiculous. That said, any normal hetero male would bang a chick even halfway ok whatever she had on her f'en body.

There are some very hot women out there with tats. So if she is having issues with her sex life it might not be her tats might be the guys she is hooking up with.

It's a good thing I never claim to be normal. Tattoos are a huge turn off for me. I can deal with a small discreet one or two, bit anything more and I won't consider it.

I agree and I do not even like one, but that said. I am not going to keep a tattoo slut around like luggage.

I hate tats, just an idiotic way for people to show off. Most people who have them end up regretting them at one point later in their life.

There are plenty of other reason to get tats if your child past during birth and you wanted something to remember them by then that's a good cause but just random tats for no apparent reason is a big turn off!!

I do not need to mar my body as a rememberance. That is just another excuse to conform to a Hollywood invented craze.

That is TOO funny:... "mar your body"!! ha. Like you got such perfect, chiseled features you can't get any ink of it?? ha-ha. Tats have been around for thousands of years. Sometimes it's for beauty.... even though it isn't . Half the time I suppose it's to scare your enemy.. Lighten up.

I think they are nasty and by the way many employees do as well. All you can do is mess up your chances in life for certain jobs, certain relationships whatever. Sorry, I know tattoos have been around forever. Most of the people that get them in this day and age are wannabes. Most of them smoke , which tells me they are insecure followers. That rememberance line is just an excuse. I doubt even one percent of that rememberance bs people, even give charity to funds in memory of their loved ones or whatever. They will always look ugly to me and that is my right to believe that, just like certain other fashions look ugly to me. Sorry if you can not accept the fact that many people believe that, but that is the case.

The chick on this episode cracked me up! She was all worried about getting it doggy style and how the tramp stamp looked. But she didn't care about what her plastic surgeon had done to her nose!! It looked like Michael Jackson's nose!! It was hilarious!!

Add me to the list of those who do not find tattoos attractive, especially bigger ones. Google Peaches Geldof. Classic example of a stunning girl who ruined her amazing body by getting a stupid giant tattoo.

As Tim said, I would be tolerant of one or two small and discreet ones, but anything more than that is really off-putting.

I consider the human body to be a stunning work of creation, and any unnecessary mutilation such as a tattoo or plastic surgery seems to me to be a vandalism of a great work of art.

Wow y'all are rediculous people express themselves in many ways. Tattooing goes back to anchient days. You people just don't get it " this is MY temple and I will decorate it to further the kingdom" the bible. So you say it's wrong I say it's right??? It a matter if an oppinon I'm not wrong and neither are you. You fill your body with crap every day that I wouldn't touch, but do I judge u? No not at all. My body is a canvice a totally blank page when I started on it now it is covered, I don't have nasty vulgar things but things that are important to me. So before you judge why don't you look at the reasons why! Inspiration, strength, love, the people past and present that are close to you.
And why don't you talk about something that you know about not something that you don't understand!

The fact that you are so upset by people's comments against tattoos suggests that you give more weight to their opinions than you claim. Also, as I'm sure you know, getting tattoos can be addictive, and people often find that they've acquired more than they ever intended.

You say that you get tattoos that represent people or things that are important to you. Many of us have no difficulty remembering and honoring what is important to us without carving into our flesh. Also, people do change. Consider the case of the man who was once a virulent racist and covered himself with tattoos of racist symbols, only to have a change of heart. He couldn't get a decent job anywhere to support his wife and kids without undergoing very painful procedures to have those tattoos covered.

You're entitled to do as you think best with your own body, and we're entitled to find it distasteful.

Incidentally, I'm not familiar with the passage you mentioned from the Bible. I'd appreciate it if you could provide the reference.

You can not even freaking spell the easiest words. You are proof of the lack of intelligence of people with tattoo's. Thank you. You actually help prove that less intelligent people have tattoo's.

You might want to learn how to spell "tattoos" before calling people out for their lack of intelligence.

I spelled the word correctly. Even so; Tattoo people always walk around with this arrogance that it is their body and they can do what they want with it. That is true, they can. I own a business and I can do what I want with my business. Earning top dollar is of utmost importance and people with tattoo's negatively affect that bottomline. Tattoo's are appearance, just like any way you dress or hygiene or hair length etc. The bed you made must be slept in.
