For anyone out there who says shame on the boyfriend because he "got" her pregnant and her mom "let" her get pregnant, GIVE ME A BRAKE!!!!!!
She spread her OWN legs. I don't understand why anyone should be surprised by her pregnancy, it is the perfect way to get all the attention. Now she will be in the spotlight instead of her sister. Poor unborn child!!

do you recall that there is some case in georgia of an afro-american boy who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for having oral sex, not penetration mind you, but oral sex with a 15 year old white girl? he was 17 and she was 15 at the time and it was consensual.

i have not read all of the posts, but has it been mentioned in the news that this boyfriend of Jamie Lynn will or could be slapped with a "statutory rape" penalty and jail time? after all, i read somewhere that he is either 18 or 19 years old. he's legally an adult.

how come this is not being mentioned anywhere? or is it that the state where they had sex in has laws on the books that do NOT deem this act as statutory rape?

i'm not saying Jamie Lynn's boyfriend should be locked up for rape because i believe that they both truly were consensual in what took place, but it would be grossly unfair to not have anything at all of crime charges brought up on her boyfriend while there are other people, such as this other teen in georgia locked up in prison for consensual oral sex. seems a little unfair to me.

i guess it all comes down to what state this took place in and how the law of the state and country will look at this. since this is a celebrity case, it will interesting to see the effect it would or could have on the laws of the land of this country.
