Fixing the climate with taxes? you can't get John Q Public to believe that will work.

One thing is for sure, if it's got to be supported by taxes and legislation, it's not viable. Think Solyndra or 123 Batteries or ethanol.

I think Australia has historically been a land fire, flood and drought no Karma there! Just Australia doing what Australia does. I like the idea of free energy and green and cheap too...
