Cape Wind inks $15 million contract for cable work
Officials with the company seeking to build a wind farm in Nantucket Sound announced today that they have signed a contract with a Falmouth-based construction company for the project's terrestrial cable work.

$15M just to bury the cables. This suggests there are way too many cables heading this way and that.
