Why would a town pay three years on a 5 million dollar loan for three years ? If the paper work was completed three years ago the money would have been called a grant with no payments and costs to the taxpayers of the Town of Falmouth.

The news story is long but there must be a fly in the ointment somewhere. Is it possible the permitting process was flawed from the start of the project ? Does the project really qualify for the stimulus funds ?

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 or what is called the stimulus package says you have to buy American. The Falmouth wind turbine wasn't built in USA.
