<quoted text> Interesting, he who cannot read nor remember accuses me of not taking responsibilty for my energy use. Tis funny, ha ha.
I have no problem with responsible individuals placing PV or thermal solar panels on their houses. I do have a problem with them stealing the back-up services from the rest of us like most, if not all, do. You keep changing your story so I can't say whether you are one of those thieves, though you protest so much I can't help thinking that you think of yourself that way.
YOU, have no problem? Yeah right. You vote "for the other guy" and yet you still have NO LFTR generation, folks have tax incentives and rebates to foster the use of solar, wind and micro-hydro in order to take responsibility for their energy usage. YOU'VE done NOTHING but whine. It doesn't matter what YOU have a problem with or want Kiteman. It is not the way things are at this time and probably will not be in the near future. You have proven yourself a commie A-hole poor voting looser. Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way.

Hey, then you could dam it and do micro-hydro! About as useful in the long run as the rest of the unreliables; i.e., not very.
