Construction of the largest solar power plant in the country worth at least P1 billion is scheduled to start in September and expected to go on stream by January 2014, an official said on Friday.

I don't think I want to know if anything is made in china. Make up your mind whether you want to drive the Chinese out of the territory or appease them.
