Utilities Commission Considering Changing Solar Energy Rules
South Carolina's Public Service Commission is considering changing the rules regarding solar energy and potentially doing away with what renewable energy advocates call a restrictive cap, The State reports.

Remove the cap, but remove the requirement that the utility pay retail for the power forced on them.
