Great point. Leave the coal soot covered children for China and India. I hate cheap, unreliable power

Last I heard, it was the law that a power company had to buy excess power.
So, now it ranks as "news" when Dominion Power follows the law.

Is Dominion also required to buy it at a premium? I think that was a main point here...guess you were too busy being critical to listen to what was being explained in the piece.

I guess you were too busy being critical to be civil towards a fellow human being. Bet you wouldn't like to be on the receiving side of such criticism, what makes you think others would. You could have made your point without the criticism.
