How much is set for NOTHERN NEVADA, IF I MAY ASK? 66 million in incentives, I would think there would be enough to give incentives to northern NV also.

"Once completed, the 250 megawatt facility will be capable of powering 80,000 homes."

"The power will be sold to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the city of Burbank under a 20-year contract."

Build it in Nevada, give tax breaks in Nevada and sell the power to California. Would there not be a better use for the 66 million dollars IN Nevada. Like maybe 80,000 Nevada homes with solar PV on their roofs.
