The utilities reluctance to change their business model will be their undoing, Elon Musk and the Rives know this and are counting on it.

Lowering the bills, but certainly NOT the cost. This storage will add significantly to the cost of already expensive PV power. I wonder what he is reaping. Could it be government subsidies?
