Yeah, right. It's smoke and mirrors. David Copperfield would be proud. Take a look at past investigations of the Small Business Administration. The SBA has been investigated for poor record keeping, fraud and basic incompentence in doling out taxpayer monies to get "small businesses" a leg up. The OIG has investigated the SBA, the GAO investigated the SBA, actually created some fradulent companies, filled out the SBA paperwork and STILL got money for these fake businesses. You hear about A123, Solyndra and others who have taken Government grants and failed. What you don't hear about is the fraud and incompetence of the Government agency that is supposed to help build businesses and create jobs, by getting low interest loans and other funding to small businesses. In one of the investigations by the GAO, it was determined that there were about 70 billion in small business loans that were either fraudulent, poorly documented and risky loans that had a very high probability of not being repaid. Why do you think the Government went through the DOE to dole out the funds instead of the SBA, which SHOULD be able to administer the funds as they are SUPPOSED to be the Government's driving force for shoring up businesses and creating jobs? No one IN Government wants to shine a spotlight on what is being done now with taxpayer money through the SBA. I wonder IF the SBA has enough accounting records available to determine if the entity has really helped drive business creation and expansion since it was created in the 1950's? It would be interesting to see how effective the SBA loan program has really been as compared to a bank writing a loan to a small business. You know how much money has been loaned since the 1950's, how much money did the SBA get back compared to how much was loaned out? Has the SBA been able to break even? Make a small profit? Or has the SBA been a taxpayer money sink since its inception?

The $108K was for the charging station, how many volts did they buy?
