Corruption doesn't count much in this area of business - under EU laws, the transmission grid operator is obliged to provide the renewable energy producer with a privileged access to the grid. This is in the interest of pursuing the mandatory objectives relating to the share of renewable energy in the brutto energy consumption. Serbia is aligning her legislation with the Union law in this field, too.
