Kazakh President orders the assurance of electricity from alternative sources to EXPO-2017

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has ordered the provision of electricity from alternative sources to facilities which will be used for the international exhibition EXPO-2017. The president stated this at a meeting in Akorda summing up 2012 and outlining plans for the implementation of the "Kazakhstan-2050" strategy.

What a great step by the Kazakhstan President to showcase green energy for a global audience. Kazakhstan has really been stepping up its efforts to explore new technologies. This is a solid move.
