France, Canada poised to sign co-operation deal on using seaweed for biofuel
The Harper government will use a visit by the French prime minister to burnish its tarnished reputation in Europe on energy and the environment, The Canadian Press has learned.

Why didn't they HTC all that stuff? Hydro-Thermal Carbonization could have converted that mess into useful fuel. Wasters!
