wouldn't it be more productive to use wind turbines to produce hydrogen then raw electricity, hydrogen I think is the fuel of the future. by product is oxygen when generated water when used (see the loop)

Using all sustainable power sorces such as wind solor thermal to produce Hydrogen makes sense. Not all locations have lots of wind, sun or thermal at there disposal, they may have one or two and not all the time. Water is almost everywhere hydrogen is transportable and easy to make if electricity is avalible using electrolsas.
