"Coal provides more than 70% of electric power generation to Nebraska residents, according to 2011 data from the U.S. Energy Information Association."

Yeah, that's great, but has any member of this "brain" trust been able to establish the spinning and baseload requirement for the State of Nebraska? Sure you can find enough wind and solar resources to replace even the 70% of electric generation now being done by coal fired plants. BUT, how much spinning and baseload generation is required to keep the grid stable? How much power storage would be necessary to replace spinning and baseload sources of power generation?

Germany , Austria and Scandanavia care about the environment and reject zio-imperialism and the JDL Fifth Column .............the USA does not have many solar panels , even in warm places like FLORIDA , because Congress is owned by the Madoff Raphan wingnut militia and the media-military complex and we ignore the carbon footprint of the zio-military cabal of LOCKHEED MARTIN , GE and the JINSA League of Rapture Wingnutz ............. see THE ATTACK OF THE THEOCRATS and TREASON OF ALVIN JUPITER AND JONATHAN POLLARD by Eric Cantor and Ann Coulter .
