EU should pressure these dumb Polaks to reduce pollution. Dumb Polaks use black coal in their power plants.

Yes. Coal needs to be removed. Ukrainkas will suffer for it since one million of those peasants still work at those stinky coal mines in Donets while their kholkhoznik superiors skip on paying the dummies a proper salary for days work.
