Well, duh!?!
But! British Petroleum' and Royal Shell Oil's owners will NOT be too pleased about this, however.
It would be funny though, if Britain gets powered by nuclear on the cheap while the non-Briton world keeps paying British Petroleum's and Royal Shell Oil's exactions. That'll be HI-larious.
