Japan, IAEA working on Fukushima decontamination and disposal base
The International Atomic Energy Agency and the Japanese government plan to set up a long-term research base in Fukushima to study ways to decontaminate radiation-tainted areas and dispose of radioactive waste, government sources said Saturday.

Japan's Electric Companies Are Evil
They are completely corrupt.
Although they are accused of some connections with atrocious crime, they disregard the accusations.
It is very easy to deny the accusations. But the mere fact in which they ignore the criticism indicates their connection with evil conspiracies.

And a new plan for dealing with nuclear related evacuations, and the directives that apply.
Imecilic bureaucrats applying inaapropriate rules based on concepts they don't understand is not exactly optimal.
The pervasive government incompetence that transpired last year during the post meltdown evacuation was a disgrace.
