More crank science from the fringe.
They actually have a reasonable explanation of what Fleishman and Pons stumbled onto and though was fusion. It explains why the 'cold fusion' experiment could never be consistently replicated.
The Low Energy Nuclear Reaction is more of a fission type process with a twist. It fits entirely within current known physics and requires no exotic processes.
OTOH, it is probably never going to result in a workable power generation. Still, it is nice to put 'Irreproducible Results' to bed.
