Can people mind their own business. Her daughter told my son she was bringing her money to stay all night with a friend. Why destroy her daughter because her mom made a mistake. We are not perfect, our policeman, judges, presidents and more do have drinks.

She is crazy for getting out on the road and drinking it pisses me off to think she is teaching our young adults and this is not the first time this woman has been in trouble when is it going to stop enough.

What makes it even worse, is she's the one at the high school that decides the discipline on the kids that get into trouble. How can she decide what's best for these young teenagers if she can't stay sober.

How exactly did you arrive at the conclusion that she can't stay sober? Really? So she's swilling the fire water 24/7 according to you and sobriety is nonexistent. Do you have any idea how much damage spouting off clueless exaggerations like this can bring about? Try exercising some tact and maturity and think before you speak.
You need to be preaching to Renee about maturity and tact. She's the one that drives drunk.

This woman clearly has a problem. I have personally witnessed her drunkeness at football and basketball games while carrying a fast food cup around all night. Now my suspicions have been confirmed. Vodka is obviously her drink of choice. This woman is a poor excuse as an educator. The very definition of the world means to educate. Is this what we want our children to learn? If you or anyone else thinks it's okay for her to get away with this, to keep her job, then I for one would like to know what you are drinking. She in no way can effectively guide the students in that school when they will most certainly be laughing behind her back. Not one of them will take her seriously. It's time for the school distrcit to rid themselves of someone that obviously has a problem, has been a problem, and is making a laughing stock of Oliver Springs High School and Roane County.
Perfectly said. I agree.

I agree completely with everything you have just said. Its not that none of us drink or ever have. She shows up at school functions under the influence. You say something and people just laugh. Its isnt a laughing matter anymore. Would you let a person under the influence walk up to your teenager in Walmart, tell them what to do and you make your kid do it? I wouldn't and shes doing that everyday with everybodies kids. Time to go. TIme to go.

Very well stated. I agree with everything you said. I like to have a drink every now and then but I'm not a teacher or public figure. I certainly never get behind the wheel if I have been drinking. For her to be an assistant principal and make a poor choice like this is too bad. But from what I've heard she has plenty of other skeletons in her closet. Maybe this time she's hit "rock bottom". I feel sorry for her family.

R u kidding me??? So a PARENT put alcohol in her purse??? And called the police on her?? And made her fail sobriety test and refuse blood test?? lmao!! Her and her husband bought alcohol at every store in O.S. way back to her Norwood days. She needs help and she is lucky her poor child did not get put in state custody. She chose to drive while intoxicated, and if her child had gotten into that car, she would have still driven her home. So her child is not number one, her addiction is!!!! She needs to learn a hard lesson, and losing her career is just a start..... She chose to break the law, and now she has to WOMAN up, and take her punishment.

No parent set up anybody. This lady was falling all over people and propping herself up on the wall to stand. I'm pretty sure there was no denying her being intoxicated. I for one am glad they have finally done something. Would you like for her to cross the line some night when your child is in the other vehicle she decides to hit head on????? No thank you. This won't stop her, how many drunks have numerous DUI's and still drive while drinking?????? No, her child is not number 1 when she drives her around while being intoxicated and publically humiliates her with her own addictions. This has been going on for the entire time she has been at Oliver Springs, but everyone chose to turn their head. Good for the person that said ENOUGH. Someone sure did have the best intentions for not letting that child in the car with her mother that night. If she herself doesn't care enough not to put her daughter in danger thank goodness someone else did.

I would love to know what Jeff Woods OSHS Principal was thinking when he hired, and kept this lady as his assistant??? Not only does she have the drinking problem, and the other charge from last year but she dresses like is 16. She sends girls home from school to due to their "short" skirts or shorts and her skirts barely left much to the imagination!
Now she gets to go be a role model for the already troubled youth of Roane County. What idiot made that decision? Lets send a drunk to work with the kids that have problems.
Roane County School Officials- you are STUPID!

Michael Nation called the police on her. She was obviously under the influence of something. Actions speak louder than words.
