clarification

I actually asked if the environmental scoping examined the (environmental) impact of providing protection (water craft barriers) to keep boats away from the bridges as I told them they needed to do at the last meeting. Answer no

I actually asked why TMI couldn't detect the earthquake and if the plant was notified of the quake. Answer: Detectors are set at correct levels. Yes they were notified. I asked if notified within minutes. Answer no. I suggested they correct that since it could have been a foreshock. Response: I'm not sure what you mean by "correct."
