My especial and sincere congratulations to Russian people! Russian Ivan can sleep the sleep of the just now knowing it for sure that between his son and pederasts there stands a law.

Interestingly unacceptance of homosexual propaganda in Russia is not a kind of a distinctive feature of the acting authorities; civilian society in Russia on whole does not welcome homosexuals. For instance see here Russian police protecting gay-activist from angry crowd:/watch?v=9TB93kVv0xQ

Yes, here we're speaking about an initiative that does really make sense. At least, considering the way and temps LGBTs gain freedom and rights today here in Europe, I say the bill of alike is needed already in Europe as well. Finally no one want to ban neither pederasts from pederasts nor lesbians from lesbians... the aim is to protect children!

First, one does not choose to be gay. Such a choice would mean a difficult life, often of conflict with one’s family and religion, that some would surely not want to make. This is why some people have gone to gay-to-straight conversion therapy. Being gay not being a choice is also the reason this therapy doesn’t work: the largest such group in the US, Exodus International, shut its doors and apologized. Furthermore, California is passing a law to bad gay conversion therapy – because it is not a choice.
Gay people exist, why persecute them? Why make them feel like they are less? The gay propaganda law passed in Russia is bad for at least three reasons: 1. It is vague and lends itself to more abuse from the authorities. 2. It signals public opinion that gays are bad, which leads to gay-bashings etc. 3. Gay Russians, feeling themselves less, have more stress, depression and less happiness. Why not instead make an environment that best allows them to be productive members of society?
Third, love, marriage, and adoption are normal things that should be allowed regardless of your sexuality. It is insane to me that people think life in a foster home - where there are no loving parents, no family support, and generally release less successful people into the world – could be considered a better place for children than a gay couple that gives them family, support and a much better chance in the world.
It is easy to look down on people and deny them, if you are not the one being hurt by that.

Estimates are that gays are born 3% or the population, you cannot get rid of them. Tolerate and accept them as your peers and thus allow them to be productive, creative citizens (as they have shown to be in the past), and to contribute to making Russia stronger.

For what possible reason? Gay is not related to child-molester. I'm sure some small number exist, in proportion to the much greater absolute number of straight child-molesters.
Gays are normal people except that they are unusual for who they choose as partners. Letting children know that gays are a part of society will make for a better society. One that should accept them and let them be. Jasper's statement is akin to saying "keep children away from Koreans." Why?

Hollywood brainwashing.
Because the gays are domineering and aggressively push their agenda in the media trying to turn as many people as they can to their "way". The Topix gays have deleted thousands of anti-gay remarks here but they can post xxx porn links that get left up forever even after normal posters have flagged it as porn. Free speech doesn't work both ways for gays, they censor opposing speech while even their most horrible and even threatening comments are left alone. The future will not be pleasant for decent people under gay domination.

Nobody is born gay. The Human Genome has been mapped and no gay gene was found inside it.

These two cows "used to be 'confused' women...

http://www.nbcnews.com/id/3036750/ns/msnbc-do...

...but now they are gay men."

...snerk...

Yeah, they're not confused anymore, AT ALL! Riiiiight.

Those boys deserved better parents than two psychos who are trying to convince themselves they are men while squeezing out a baby. The boys look undernourished and afraid. They need rescuing from such the sick situation that some liberal, skank social worker placed them in. The last thing a kid with Asperger's Syndrome needs is to live with delusional twits like those.

Those two women have made it nearly impossible for the boys to get a public school education, literally making social pariahs of them. It's not fair to those kids.
