Typhoon Wipha appeared set to make a close approach to Tokyo Wednesday morning , potentially bringing a storm surge, heavy rain, and flooding to the massive metropolitan area of more than 35 million.
The Japanese governement should take this excuse to dump all low-level radioactive materials/water from Fukushima Da-Ichi holding vessels into the ocean, and retain only the highly radioactive materials.
