Ofcourse the quality of life will be affected, noise, traffic increase. Ofcourse the housing market will be affected in North Blyth and Cambois. Ofcourse air quality will be affected in North Blyth and Cambois, dust and stack emmisions. So don't lets kid ourselves, ITS A POWER STATION.
