If electricity is produced mostly with oil and coil how can a nation be a leader in climate policy?
Wind energy is still just a joke - everyone knows that...
People here love big cars in cities...
Electricity and heating is very expensive and still we build hollow houses and waste energy...

It takes sometime to get all parties to agree on a direction but Denmark , Germany and Iceland seem to be leading the pack.
If you want to see slow progress moving away from oil imports look at the USA.
