No O.T.C speculative EIT's cap-and-and energy trade short-betting, down NYSE Market Hedgefunds/Derivatives betting chips please, House and Senate legislators! We already know what disaster 2.5 million doomed to fail sub-prime
REIT's {real estate investment trades betting chips..} used by Hedgefunds/Insured Derivatives
did between 2000 and 2008!
Just simply levies on both heat/CO2 large emitters, and Construction/Paper-pulp logging/end paper products Manufacturers, to be used by the U.S. Forestry Service to replant forests!
As a quid-pro-quo so these levies/royalties will not be passed on to consumers, Corporate entities
can deduct raw materials, coal, oil, natural gas,
wood depletion allowances, at the end of the year!
Or perhaps simply a voluntary 7% reduction in
timber logging for both construction, and paper pulp products by 2020/2024 as equivalent heat/CO2
reductions! This with the 7 % reductions in heat/CO2 from transportations sources, like the mandated 35 mpg. CAFE standards by 2020/2024, amounts to 14 per.cent! Now with the other 6%
coming from substituting fossil power plants fuels, with the equivalent Wattage/B.t.u {natural gas}, in solar, wind, hydro, nuclear {foot-ball size Pu 239 less heat exchange to cooling water ways reactors..} we have a total of 20% heat/CO2
reductions by 2020/2024!
Now because CO2 fuel reductions are really FINITE, as more populations increases energy needs, we have to consider heat/CO2 absorbing
FORESTS regrowth for the next centuries to come, by the year 2050 when these new high-folliaged
urban/city/rural millions of saplings will mature, and thus allow the Carbon Cycle to resume doing its work of photosynthesis heat/CO2 absorptions, and very critical Oxygen replenishments, with the added water vapor bi-product cooling effect, which at the same time attracts congested city vehicular heats, and of course the co-jointly emitted CO2!
This is where the first paragraph option I think comes in! Thank You! A lot of work guys/gals by next year, but Industries will go along I'm sure,
especially with those Tax deductible "raw-materials depletion allowances" as royalties off-sets, to Reforest past the 7 % Conservations!
F.M.
