9AM today-a brief power outage on the North side of Fitzgerald.Restart computer,reset all the digital clocks and timers in the house.Parts of the world that are referred to as Third World Countries have a more reliable infrastructure. The joke is,that cows have bumped the poles holding the power lines,or else the central air unit at the mayors house just kicked in.
