Does this want to prove that greehouse gas, by using a small selection of data that supports the opinions of those with an agenda, that greenhouse gas or the emmissions of CO2 are the cause of man..... this is being done without a full and evidential example of what has been neglected and is necessary to give a true and actual account of the problems we could be facing....if we fail to include all the causes of higher COs levels then how (if possible) can we ever hope to fix it.... those studies that are reported and fail to give full and honest disclosure are causing hinderance and mistrust and the questions must be asked... what is in it for those that are in control of the information which the public need in order to make and informed decission, and why should we trust any information coming from their sources when they are being found to constantly tout lies and propaganda, to what end?......

We enter in to a dark period of history there shall be terrible famines and droughts in the world, Africa shall see the worst.
Pollution does not look like it is going to reduce anytime soon the end result being Africa being re-colonised for their fertile land and agriculture.

If it anything like our local council who take water readings without even checking the metres I would be a tad suspect of the findings

co2 is not pollution - end of story.

even IPCC reports are watering down dire predictions:

Greens leader Bob Brown on January 16:

BURNING coal is a major cause of global warming. This industry, which is 75 per cent owned outside Australia, should help pay the cost of the predicted more severe and more frequent floods, droughts and bushfires.

IPCC report 4, released last Friday:

PROJECTED precipitation and temperature changes imply possible changes in floods, although overall there is low confidence in projections of changes in fluvial floods (from a river or stream).

ABC1s Lateline, June 10, 2005:

TIM Flannery: But since 1998 particularly, weve seen just drought, drought, drought ... So when the models start confirming what youre observing on the ground, then theres some fairly strong basis for believing that were understanding whats causing these weather shifts and these rainfall declines and they do seem to be of a permanent nature.

The IPCC report again:

THERE is medium confidence that droughts will intensify in the 21st century in some seasons and areas. Elsewhere there is overall low confidence because of inconsistent projections of drought changes.

Hardship in the next four decades? The Sydney Morning Herald on October 21:

AUSTRALIA can expect more frequent devastating floods like those in Queensland this year and the world is facing decades of unprecedented hardship as a result of climate change, according to the chief scientific adviser to the British government. We are facing what I believe will be unprecedented difficult times over the next 20 to 40 years, Professor Sir John Beddington warned.

IPCC report 4:

PROJECTED changes in climate extremes under different emissions scenarios generally do not strongly diverge in the coming two to three decades, but these signals are relatively small compared to natural climate variability over this timeframe. Even the sign of projected changes in some climate extremes over this timeframe is uncertain.

Greenhouse gases off the fricken charts. Icecaps melting. Weather changing dramatically. Saw a nature show about polar bears. They're totally screwed. Species going EXTINCT. I know you don't give a shit about them BUT WHAT about the human species. Last 10 years the avg earth temps are off the charts. Hurricanes. Droughts. Famines. Our species will be at risk.
Oil companies tell us its all a left wing conspiracy. If you care about the future generation we need TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM NOW! This is morally wrong what our generation is doing just to make a buck.

sincere concern...a bit off putting, and scaremongering isn't helping the situation....I am sure there are plenty of good scientists sorting it....and they(the truthful) ones will keep us in the loop it is just that you have search for accurate and honest information to see that we have gone through climate changes before survived by adapting (else we wouldn't be here today) and we will most probably do so again.....an ounce of worry won't change anything, famine is a part of life.....for those many who are going through famine there are a great deal that aren't....mmmmmm Is there something we can actually do about that?.....should those that have give freely to those who have not, or should they just shut their eyes and let nature take it's course? That is something humanity can help with, if they want......obviously the have's don't want. But to scream and shout about something they might not be able to change.....they do want to do that! go figure......

Yep, them there Glowbull warming greenhouse gases have risen to record highs, but the global thermometer's stuck on a 0.8C rise in temperature over the last 160 years.
Something just doesn't quite add up.

That's right, it doesn't add up. If the models were correct, that 0.8C should have been at least 1.6C.

That's not too bad then, it means the models are only 100% wrong.

But if you figure from absolute zero as you should for figuring temperature, the models would only be 0.3% wrong.
